Return and Claim Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Once you have received your product, you have the right to return or exchange your product within the next 14-days. However, we can only take back products which are in unused condition (clean and unworn) and are packed originally. Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned. In order to avoid damage during the return, please send the products in suitable packaging.

BENETT Goalkeeping reserves the right to refuse to return of products which have not been returned within 14-days or that are not in a new condition.


Additionally, you have the right to complain if the product is defective. A distinction must be made between legitimate reasons for complaint and normal signs of wear and tear. In case of product defects or damages that occur before or after its first try-out (for example, if the foam of the glove tears), a free exchange is of course possible.

Goalkeeper gloves and clothing, however, are daily used and naturally there are signs of wear and tear in the tough daily training routine. Goalkeeper gloves with strong grip usually are characterized by a very soft and therefore less durable foam. Normal signs of wear include tears on the foam. In these cases, the return oft he product is not possible.

Before you send a product back to us, please contact us by e-mail and inform us about the damage (preferably by sending pictures). A return form must be enclosed with every return. You can request this form by contacting As soon as we have checked the return, we will arrange the reimbursement of the amount you paid or the delivery of the replacement goods.
